Subharti University Distance Education Admission 2025-26: The application form for admission at SVSU has been released for the academic year 2025-26. Students are encouraged to register themselves to get admission to their preferred course from a distance. The last date to fill out an application form is 31 March 2025. However, students are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the DDE (Director of Distance Education) and SVSU admission committee. SVSU offers various distance-based UG, PG, Certificate, Diploma, and PhD courses such as BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons), B.LIB, MA, MBA, M.LIB, M.Com, M.A.- J.M.C., in multiple specializations.

To get admission to a UG course students must have qualified 12th with a passing score of 50%. While applying to a PG course students should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 45% marks. Students are suggested to apply for admission soon before the last date.

• Students applying for a UG Course from a distance mode should have completed a 10+2 with minimum marks of 50% from a well-known education board.
• Those who want to enroll in a PG Course must hold a bachelor’s degree with an aggregate score of 45% in an equivalent subject to the course. 
• SVSU provided an additional 5% relaxation for reserved categories like SC/ ST/ OBC, etc. 
• The SVSU has not set any age limit for distance-based education. However, the minimum age should be 17 for any courses offered by Subharti University.

However, a common fee for UG courses like BA, B.Com, B.SC, and BA.LIB, BBA, etc. is around INR 10,000 to 40,000 per year. Postgraduate courses are offered for 2 years with 4 semesters. While registering students have to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 500 – INR1500. The full program will cost around INR 15,000 to INR 50,000 per annum, depending on the courses. Students can apply before the last expected date of 30 March 2025*.

Step 3: New users should register first with a valid Email and Mobile number.

Step 4: Log in with the received auto-generated Application number.

Step 5: Fill out all mandatory information about your educational background and personal details. 

Step 6: Upload required documents including mark sheets, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), photo in passport size, scanned sign, etc. 

Step 7: Students are suggested to re-check the filled-in details before the final submission.
